Refund policy

You have the right to return or exchange items purchased within 24 hours of purchase under the following conditions:

* Returned or exchanged items must have a manufacturing defect that cannot be repaired without compromising the item’s quality.
* Returned items must be in their original packaging with all original contents, including, but not limited to, accessories and manuals.
* Returned items, unless defective, fake, or faulty, must be in resalable condition.
* Items purchased during promotions or at a discount are not eligible for refunds.
* Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase. For example, if you paid in cash, your refund will be issued in cash.
* No transaction or processing fees, such as VISA/Mastercard fees, will be deducted from your refund.
* Shipping costs are non-refundable. A shipping fee of AED 40 will apply to returns and exchanges and will be deducted from the applicable refund amount.
* Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of the original request.
* You have the right to exchange items purchased within 24 hours of purchase. Exchanged items must be in their original sealed packaging.
